Our menu: Papa Felipe's offers a variety of entrees and appetizers to suit anyone's palate. Our Chef, Larry Gonzales, has personally invested 23 years creating and perfecting all of our distinctive dishes.

 

We feature traditional Southwestern favorites like tacos, burritos and enchiladas, as well as our signature dishes including our very own Green Chile Carne Adovada, Flautas de Chimayo and Burrito Grande. Plus our very special appetizers, such as Botana Crispeantes, keep our customers coming back for more.

 

Our Homemade Salsa: Papa Felipe's is especially renowned for our signature salsa. As with all of our dishes, Papa Felipe's salsa is prepared from the freshest ingredients and the best spices.

I agree with Tom L. This place is underrated! I love their chile con queso, they have some of the best service I've ever had. It seems like a family owned restaurant, although I'm not sure. But they give you that very friendly family feel.. I've had the #9 carne adovada, the #16, and their chile cheese fries.. I recommend them all.. this place is great. Whenever I venture back into Abq, I will most definitely make this a must stop!

Underrated as a local restaurant. This place has very good traditional New Mexican food, a clean dining area, good service & reasonable prices. It's been here over 33 years so they're doing something right. I recommend the beef enchiladas on blue corn tortillas with red chile & a fried egg on top. P.S. - Don't bother with their "Mexican Corn" unless you just want a vegetable medley.
